Did I get an inferior laptop screen? (r15)

Hi everyone. I'm glad that I found this forum. Last night I received my Acer Aspire R15 from Costco.Com. The model number is R5-571TG-59VA.

The main reason I chose this laptop is because it was recommended for photo editing do too it's very accurate colors (109% rgb). I am however not convinced that I have the same panel as the ones that the reviewers are raving about. First of all, there are so many different variants of this laptop, and when I look on CNET specs, I see different description for the screens, although they are all IPS (cinecrystal vs cinecrystal one glass solution etc)  . I went under device manager on the laptop to get the hardware ID for the Monitor and it came up as "cnm15d7".

When I Google this model number, the Aero gigabyte 15 keeps showing up under my results, and from what I read reviews with that laptop with the same screen, the s RGB ratings are not even close to this (90% vs 109%, Adobe being even lower). Does anyone know if Acer uses different panels depending on where the unit is being sold? For example Best Buy in Amazon may have a certain panel, and Costco might be using an inferior panel to bring down cost? This laptop only cost me $599 and that comes with Nvidia graphics card and 12 gigabyte RAM, which does seem like a low price. Does anyone have any information on this, and especially if someone could look under device manager and properties for the hardware ID and see if they also have the same model number (cmn15d7). I would really appreciate your help. Thank you. Take care.

No info on your specific question, though I found my Swift SF 314 screen is dull or dim around the edges, and Acer tech support won't give me straight answer. They had me reset Windows, but won't answer question of "does this model just have less crisp resolution/trouble with dark colours at edge of screen". Also from Costco... so kind of awkward not a physical person at the store/computer pedestal who I can show the various dark screens, movies, pics that don't look good at edge of my laptop
