Volume Level changes after updating to Windows 10, version 1709 , OS build16299.19

Hello everyone,

I have updated my E5-575G-52DA to Windows 1709 when it came out as it became available when I checked it in the Settings app. After doing so, I have noticed that the volume level goes down and after a few seconds, it goes back to what it was. Happens intermittently when I stream videos in YouTube. It also happens while streaming music using Spotify and then opening the Settings app. I check for updates everyday in the Settings app > Update & Security > Windows Update and I even updated each item in the Device Manager by right-clicking and searching for it automatically in the internet but it still happens. Anyone got an idea?
