"HID Sensor Collection V2" drivers are working correct in pre-installed Windows 10 version. (Laptop is "Acer Aspire Switch 12 Alpha SA5-271")

BUT AFTER "RESET PC" this Driver is deleted (other drivers are not deleted, but this is deleted?..why, I don't know??)
And after this driver deleted "Auto Rotate Screen" functions are not working anymore.

On your website you published all drivers for this laptop model at pagehttps://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/6806?b=1

But when I install this driver it is seen with error (with yellow triangled icon) in Device Manager window. Device status shows "The device cannot start (Code 10). Failed to open lower target for IO handling"
I am trying to fix this problem in last full 3 days, I became very tired but cannot find any solution !!

I know that I am not the first person who had with this problem, look at this forum page of yours; https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/493218/switch-12-alphar-rotation-sensor-in-device-manager-missing

Other people with this laptop faced with this problem before also. And they warned you Acer! Why don't you take any correction action about it for many months ?? People is facing with pain of this problem after they make "Reset PC" action. You must care your customers who bought your laptop!!
(By the way I tried the indirect solution advises mentioned on that page, but non of them worked for me)

Finally, THE REAL SOLUTION MUST BE "Acer must correct its page and publish a WORKING DRIVER for this hardware of its own laptop !"

I am waiting response from responsible people in Acer.
