I have a GTX560Ti which I bought used on eBay. I want to find new firmware for it. It was advertised as a Zotac, but both Zotac and NVidia say it isn't theirs. NVidia says it's an Acer. Please help if you can.

It is a dual-DVI, dual-HDMI, and has the following numbers on it: P/N 251-30921-0800F(A2)  2011-08-17  P/N 288-5N207-A01AC W12460D00743. It has a single cooling fan, and uses a single SLI slot.

if it's working and already plugged to your PC, you can check all the infos using GPU-Z:

by the way, Nvidia probably gave you the correct answer, can be an Acer-Gateway P/N
    I'm not an Acer employee.
