Whenever I try to install a memory module into the secondary channel it refuses to boot up. Wanted to upgrade to 16GB ram using non ecc unbuffered modules. Tried a variety of different combinations but seems as though as soon as any module is installed into the secondary slots it just won’t start up. Fine on the first two slots. Anything in bios setup preventing its use? Thanks Dave

What RAM is that you want to install? How much RAM does your PC have now(how many ram modules) and how much you want to add? Also is the new ram you want add different than the ram you have already installed? If yes, can you post the latencies of all RAM(I don't know how many RAM modules you have in total, so you can clarify this). Have you tried slopping the places of the RAM modules and check if that will help?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
