Hello, my laptop has a HDD and a SDD. I've noticed that when I play games installed on my HDD I have micro freezes. It happens when ingame new graphics/sounds are loaded. For example a huge explosion or a new game music starts. Then the whole screen freezes for about 1 second.

When I play games from my SDD no freezes. Of course I know that a SDD is much faster than a HDD. But I dont think its normal to have such disturbing freezes even playing from a HDD. My former Laptop was an Acer with only a HDD and I never had such micro freezes when playing games.

I have 16 gb ram, so i disabled the pagefile. It helped a little bit, but not much.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Is the hdd you have installed 5400RPM or 7200RPM. You can also download some tool to check the speed of the HDD. Post the results here.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
