Hi everyone.
I'm new in this forum. 😎
I couldnt find the right forumcanal for this question.

I have a new purchased Acer Aspire laptop.
I want to upgrade the ram from 8Gb to 32Gb wich is max memory on this laptop.

But to change ram I have to remove battery first, I think.

But the battery is not removably on this model.
(Not easy anyway).

So, how to do this ?

    Hi,
You don't need to disconnect the battery, remove the AC adapter, switch off the laptop, open the memory service hatch at the back and upgrade your modules.

    Hi,
No problem, after removing the single screw on the service hatch, lift the cover by the small gap(red circle), push the retaining clips outwards to release the old RAM, lift out of the slot slowly, insert the new RAM module at an angle, push down gently until you hear the click sound by the retaining clips, close the cover and secure with the screw.

And this thread is now solved.
