My daughter has an Acer iconia one 10 B3-A20B she has forgotten the password so I did a hard reset. I was then asked for my gmail account and password, which I entered but the screen will not move on it just keeps asking for the email. Is there anything else I can do?

You likely have to log in to her Google account, not yours. It's an anti-theft measure Google put into Android quite some time ago. You probably didn't need to do the reset, she could have reset her password on Google and it would have reset on the tablet at the same time, since she's really logging into her Google account (or a cached version) when she logs into the tablet.

Thanks I did a search and nobody had suggested that! But it is my google account I used. So don't know why I can't log in?

The tablet caches the login credentials locally in case it doesn't have internet access when the next login is happening. When it has a cached login it doesn't allow other logins unless it's got internet. Helps keep people who steal from using them. Sounds like yours isn't connecting to the wireless to allow her to login using updated credentials.
