How to restore a z1-601

I have lost the admin password of a z1-601.
I need to reset factory settings as wifi has stopped working and I can't use device manger, on this pc with alt and F10 it asks for a rescue disk.
I am downloading the rescue disk but don't know the windows code.
Do I need it?
I have the serial number of z1-601 only.
I have used keyfinder to try to locate the key but it won't load without the admin password which I don't have.
Do you have a contact number so that acer can give me the code for windows 10 if required on the rescue disk.
Any help is appreciated.

the product key is stored on UEFI (BIOS CMOS) so you don't have to worry about it, windows installation will read it automatically and authenticate at the first web connection.

I purchased the rescue/recovery disk and installed it but there are various drivers not been installed like my wifi device.
I also received the resource cd with the drivers on. But if I try and run setup as an administrator it starts to load and after 20 seconds reverts back as if complete and not drivers have been installed.

If I use device manager to update the drivers and search the cd it finds nothing.
Do you think I need the connect the pc to the internet using an ethernet cable, and let device manager search the web for the drivers, Any help is appreciated.
