Brand New Spin 3 - 100% Disk Spinning for 2 days now

Brand new from Costco, finished basic Windows 10 setup, rebooted twice for Windows update.
Them...100% disk spinning for two days now.
Called 1-866-661-7100, Case # 491698U, good support, but no solution, she asked me to increase swap, not working, then asked me to re-install Windows 10 from boot up manual (Alt+F10), now still the same 100% disk utilization forever.

What a nightmare, acer support script keep saying Windows problem. NO! There are too many JUNK apps bundled.

HELP! Or I will return the product to Costco by end of this week.

    Despite having the HDD constantly on 100%, do you experience things like slow booting or very slow loading times overall. It can be a HDD failure. You can return back the laptop to your retailer and try with a new one.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
