Howdy!
I have a two month old refurbished predator g3 710.
I was updating my firmware drivers, on restart screen went black.
Now pc has continuous restart no beep, no boot, no screen, no keyboard, no mouse power.
Any ideas, thanks.

by firmware drivers, do you mean BIOS?

    try this:
unplug the AC power cable, open the left case panel and look for a silver round battery, take it off.
now press the power button twice and wait 5 minutes, then put back the battery, close the panel and plug the AC power cable, press power button and check if your system is able to boot.

if not, call your seller if you still have warranty.
    I'm not an Acer employee.

Thanks, Acer said that is sounds like a Mobo issue. Still under 90 day warranty. I also bought a one year warranty.
    Acer has been helpful.
    Again thank you!

Wouldn’t take his void warranty? (Opening case chassis/side panel)
