Strange graphics problem on Aspire E15

Hi guys, I've had a rendering issue with pretty much any video game I try for awhile now there are no obvious signs of damage to the card, it's been cleaned out, new thermal paste, etc.
What's even more odd is that I ran a stress test on the card, and the rendering problems did NOT appear. But in every game it shows up. It happens immediately, and is definitely not overheating. Since it may not even be the graphics card, does anyone have any insight on how to narrow this problem down? I actually got the same glitch in the geforce experience program, so I'm posting a pic for reference.
