Did I damage my Acer V15 Nitro by unplugging the power when it was shutting down?

My laptop model is VN7-593G. A few days ago I was shutting down my laptop and the screen was already off but the keyboard backlight was still on. Then I mistakenly pulled out the power cord from my laptop too early and the keyboard backlight turned off immediately, then after a short while it turned back on before turning off again when the laptop finished shutting down. I'm not sure if its just my perception but from then on my fps in games seems to be lower. Is it possible that the action of pulling the power before shutting down completely, damaged the laptop? Or certain parts like the GPU or the HDD?

    i don't think so.
i did it many times without issue, since it must run on battery even during shutting down.
    I'm not an Acer employee.
