MTP usb driver not working for liquid zest 4g T07

good day. im just asking what can i do to fix this? sorry i have no screenshots, but this what happened.

 

at first it was working fine, no errors. but my pc just went out of control and i decided to restore it using system restore. after i restored it, the mtp device driver is not working. it say that it failed to install the mtp driver, so i searched the internet and made everything i saw, but i get the same message again and again. it say "the driver is up to date" and "driver encountered a problem" something like that. is there a fix for this? because it says driver is up to date but i cant connect my phone to my pc.... hope someone will help me..

 

PS... i dont have internet connection at home, i browse internet on a computer cafe nearby...
