    Hi,

    1. No, there are no DDR3L 2133MHz memory.

    2.You can replace CL11 1600MHz  with another CL9 1600MHz RAM but don't mix them.

Hi, thank you for answering my question.

I've really confuse about this thing.

Correct me if i'm mistaken somewhere but i've seen a gaming RAM that is DDR3L-2133Mhz on Kingston Hyperx website. There are also include an option from 1600Mhz to 2133Mhz DDR3L. Will it be an issue to my system if i upgrade to higher speed?

    Hi,

I am also confused as you are because this is a new model and don't know much about it, yes, that memory from Kingston may work or not as the specification says your laptop can take either DDR3L 1600MHz or DDR4 2133MHz, I am confused because DDR3L has different Pins than DDR4, so could you please find the motherboard number of your laptop, it should be underneath the memory modules, it should begin with "DAZAA......

As your laptop has come with a DDR3L RAM, it's better to stick with the same type module, I don't know whether Acer has released these models with different MBs.

    EDIT:

I have seen your models have come with DDR4 memory but the motherboard may be a different one than yours.

Hi again, i'm sorry for this confusion. Kingston sell 2133Mhz and 1866Mhz modules available for DDR3L. And I dont know what is the max bandwidth of RAM my motherboard support either up to 2133Mhz or fixed to 1600Mhz.

My laptop is using DDR3L 1600Mhz and Motherboard Ironman_SK V1.00.

I used cpu-z, it says on SPD tab that max bandwidth is 800Mhz(X2) which is 1600Mhz. Is this clearly says that, my motherboard supports only 1600Mhz RAM or it is just my stock RAM bandwidth that is 1600Mhz.

I guess different region certainly has its own models and specification. Every retail shop I've looked on this model is using DDR3L. Didnt know that it also have DDR4 specs on that website link.

    Hi,

You need to open the service hatch, remove the memory modules and look for the Motherboard number on the MB, it's really important to find the actual model number to establish it's capability, Ironman_sk is a common name, it may have come with different variations, you can also try using Crucials system scanner to find the suitable upgrades for your memory.

    Hi,
You have to contact Acer Support centre in your region and ask them, by the way, do you have a warning sticker in any of the screws at the service door?
