The contents and partions of the original drive cannot be recovered, so is there a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS download option for these things? Original stickers still intact.

There are two possibilities. Best is a reinstall from the recovery disks that you either received with the computer or created during the initial boot. If you don't have them anymore or didn't create them you can get them from Acer. In the US or Canada you can order from the online store, for elsewhere in the world you order from Acer support. Failing that you can reinstall the OS by downloading from Microsoft directly, but you have to pull the exact same version as the key fits. The sticker should give that info. As long as the OS isn't one of the custom versions that are sometimes used (like an AOL or MSN or such) you should be able to do that pretty easily. Make sure you download at least the network drivers from Acer first to a thumb drive so you can get up to the point where you can download and install the rest of the drivers after Windows is done with it's install.
