I can get my mouse or curser to work

    If this is on a notebook, try hitting fn and the icon that shows disabling your touchpad. mine is on f7, but yours could be on a different f key. Also try plugging you mouse, if it is a usb mouse, into a different port while the pc is on. If it tries to install drivers again, there is something wrong with the other port. If nothing happens either your mouse isn't working properly or your pc is having driver issues. Try a different mouse if you have one. If it is a ps2 mouse, has a green round end, your pc has to be off when it is plugged in. I hope this helps.
