Problem with xsplit Gamecaster

Yesterday when I entered my xsplit Gamecaster app it worked well & told me to update to the latest one released on 27 September I press update from the app and it started updating but after finishing the update when I launched the app the app ui is completely black I even unable to close it .to close this I have to take help from task manager after that today I go to their website and redownload the latest version, install the current one and reinstall from the latest but problem remain same so I again download the 2nd latest exe from their website un-stall the current one reinstall the new one problem remain same.So what to do now ?

Yes, but luckily I didn't face it with GeForce just one-time freeze later it was all right, and the xsplit problem is solved by there customer service, you can just say the problem on the chat option of there website and they will tell you the solution.
