Hi Acer community,
After chatting with customer service and trying to find a solution but never did. I decided I needed to contact the chat service again for another problem.
However this time Acer > Chat will not accept my SNID or Serial number. I bought it like on 02-19-2013 and was able to chat before but all of a sudden I can't?
I bought my laptop from Amazon shipped in teh US, and i live in teh U.S
