I had the logonui.exe error, so I made a usb boot drive with MCT. WINDOWS aint install because it's already installed. So I try to use the repair option. Says nothing wrong. Then I try a hard reset. Says it's encountered an error. I need help uninstalling and re installing Windows 10. Please help.

do a clean install instead of try to reset it, if you don't need to recover your personal data.

choose to install, instead of repair or reset and choose to do a custom installation, then you must delete all the partitions on the target Drive and then continue installation.

boot to BIOS pressing F2 key, look on BIOS menu about F12 Boot menu and set it to enabled, then press F10 to save and exit.

with your USB windows installation media plugged, press F12 key at boot and check if hte USB brand is listed, select it and let it boot.

    any error message?

you need to explain better what happens when you try to install windows from USB flash drive.
