G9-592 Shutting down randomly and not allowing uninstalls

Hey Everyone,

 

First post here. First of all I love the laptop but have come into some issues as of late.

 

I probably got it 3-4 months ago, no problems. It came with home, but I somehow managed to upgrade to pro (without uninstalling home)

 

As of late, when not plugged into the mains, the PC will just turn off. No message or anything, as in like  its lost all power. Can reboot and carry on for 10 more mins but repeats. I did open the back up  a week or two ago to see what RAM I needed but have screwed it back on with no issue. Can anyone help me with this?

 

Second but minor issue; when using google chrome in full screen it appears as a black screen, i've had to disable GPU for google chrome for this to work (could be a nvidia only problem). However I try to uninstall chrome and when I do it appears on the taskbar like a window is active however nothing appears when opening it.

There might be problems with the battery try changing that or open the back panel and make sure everything is connected correctly any loosend cabels might create the problems...............
