hi , i bought a Predator G9-593.

1- first time turning it on. it didn't turn on ( without ACpluged in ) so i thought the battery is empty.
2- tried with AC plug on. it turned on and everything was perfectly operational. except for the battery indicator from the taskbar said ( plugged in, not charging ).
3- tried every method to fix this issue.
- uninstalling the battery drivers
- updates
- default the bios
- resetting the battery using the pin from the back of the laptop ( mine is non-removable battery ).
nothing worked.
4- until I put the laptop on my knees and it worked. The battery indicator on the laptop itself and the windows were lighting and saying it is charging.
5- i put the laptop again on the table, then it stopped charging. so i tried pressing with the palm of my hands just lightly on the area where the battery is located and it worked it charging and i can open the laptop while the AC plug is not connected. so i suspect somehow the battery is not connected properly to the motherboard.

SO what are my options?
A- open the laptop and inspect the battery cables myself
B- go to Acer service centre ( i am not in a country where i can do this at the moment )
C-  ..........
