Hello, I have been using this PC for several months now with out any issues at all. Suddenly on 9.28.17 I was no longer able to run Samsung's Side Sync program that allow you to mirror the phone onto your PC. I am in HR and dispatch several hundred employees to various locations across the cournty. So the functionallity of Side Sync has become critical alowing me to quickly copyu and past info from my phone's text messaging app to various programs on my PC.

Long story short I suspect a windows update has broken this feature for me. I noticed my PC installed an update right at the time I lost functionallity of Side Sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the side sync  software on both the phone and PC, this didnt work at all. I also wiped the PC, this did fix the probelem for about 12 hours. But then I am having the same problem now. And yes i did disable automatic updates after uninstalling th most recent windows update and wiping the computer. Throughout this process the PC and phone will always connect, but within seconds the program becomes unresponsive.

I have treid to connect multipe Samsung phones to the PC and i get the same result with each handset. On the flip side I have also successfully been able to connect my same GS7 Edge phone to multiple other PC's without any issues. I have been able to connect with my Surface Pro, Samsung Notebook 7 Spin, Lennovo, and HP PC's. The only combination I am having issues with is on my Acer Alpha 12, which happens to be my favorite PC. Any advaice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
