What do you recommend, what is optimal?

Default is off.

Coolboost only kicks on while under heavy load so there's no reason to turn it off really IMO

    That doesn't mean it's optimal

I'm turning it on as well 24/7, I don't see anything wrong if you turn it on.

I'm not sure why anyone would ever think more cooling is not "optimal".

Leave it on all the time.

As far as the turbo/normal mode I think it only applies to the gpu so if it were me i'd just leave it on all the time.

When i try to change between normal and turbo, why the gpu frequency doesn't change ?

It's probably downclocking while idle I'm guessing

When i am in game my gpu frequency is always at 1442

But i searched online and i found these values for my gtx 1070 (notebook):

    Core Speed1443 - 1645 (Boost) MHz

So How can i increasethe core speed to 1645? i have g9-593 gtx 1070

Idk that is weird, maybe it only boosts when it needs the extra power. Try running a more intensive game and see what happens

In gta 5 with max settings

my gpu goes to 1974 in turbo mode

in normal mode my gpu goes to 1835

Should i set it 24/7 to turbo mode or normal? maybe it will overheat? idk what do you think?

What about predator sense multimedia mode settings?? standar album movie game? does it make any difference? I dont see any difference between them though

Ok so there you go it just wasn't in need of the extra boost in CS:GO. I would set it to turbo 24/7 unless you're having issues with heat, it seems to downclock when idle/not needed. The multimedia settings are probably for when you're watching videos only, if you don't notice a difference don't worry about it imo.

How can i put my cpu in turbo mode? the best i can do is 3100 frequency? but it supposed to be 3500 max

That is turbo mode, the way it works is like this:

4 cores can run at 3.1ghz in turbo mode

2 cores can run at 3.3ghz in turbo mode

1 core can run at 3.5 in turbo mode

So there is different performance levels depending on how many cores are being used

When i am in game and using many chrome tabs the best i can get out of the processor is 3203, so it cant be 3.1 the maximum

How can i juice out 3.5ghz out of my processor?

edit: I searched a little and yes, it seems 3.1 is the maximum because i am using 4 cores, for 2 cores is 3300 and for 1 core is 3500
