When I logged into my acer.com I saw many drivers for my helios 300 whether it should be updated from that website or I will be updated automatically via windows update....

Get all your drivers from Acer site, EXCEPT the Nvidia one I would get that from nvidia's website

Is it safe to do the driver updates, its like force updating the drivers??

It is not a force update, you just update the drivers to their latest versions from the official websites, because windows is very late with updates.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Acer doesn't provide much info on the BIOS updates unfortunately, and if you are going to update you just have to update to the latest one.
