Drive a tractor trailer in 24 states. In the evening I would like to play games on a laptop, but power consumption has been a problem. Had an Acer Aspire that fit the bill a few months ago:

Windows 10 Home
Intel Core i5-7200U 2.5-3.1 GHz, Dual Core
16 GB DDR4 (Max 32)
SD Card Reader (required)
Hard Drive: HHD 1TB + SSD 512 GB
Optical Drive RW-DVD
Full HD 1920 x 1080, 15.6" Active Matrix TFT - LCD backlit
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 950M, 2 GB GDDRS, dedicated
Wireless LAN Standard IEEE 802.11ac
Built in - microphone
Ports: HDMI, 1x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, 1x USB 3.1 Type C
Ethernet Port (RJ-45)
Battery - 6 cell (Lithium Ion), 2800 mah
1.2" x 15" x 10.2", 5.27 lbs.
Max Power Supply Wattage of 90 Watts

It it ran very nicely on a 12 volt converter that only had a 3.74 amp draw. The converter rarely gave off any heat. All was fine until in error on the hard drive caused Windows to crash. It was sent back to Amazon.com, but it wasn't being made anymore for a swap.

Anyone have any ideas?
