Shipping label for sending my monitor for repair.

I just spoke to a wonderful customer support representative regarding my monitor having multiple issues. SInce my monitor is still under warranty (first year purchase), we were able to set up a repair order for it. I was very happy to hear that I can finally use my monitor without running into a black screen every hour.

 

Unfortunately, I found out that I will not be receiving a shipping label for this and I am responsible for the shipping costs. I just got an estimate from my nearest Fedex center and it would be around $70...

 

Are there any reinbursement program available at Acer to assist with sending heavy electronic equipments? Any help would be appreciated as I do not have the luxury to ship it out at such high price.
