Has anyone had a problem with their C7 Chromebook giving you a "redirect loop", "error 310" message

Can't access gmail on my C7 Chromebook.  Get "redirect loop" "error 310" message each time I try to access.  I have cleared browser and cookies, reinstalled Chrome OS, reinstalled Chrome OS using USB recovery stick, and Power Washed.  Nothing has helped.  I have called support and was told they don't handle this sort of thing.  I could barely understand the Indian support person.  I sent an e-mail to support and did all of the above per their instructions.  It has been 3 weeks since this started.  I can access my gmail fine on my tablet so it has nothing to do with gmail.  It is the Chrome OS and no one seems to be able to help.  Any suggestions?

    Try disabling all of your extensions.  GMail should work.

     

    Enable them one at a time, checking to see if GMail works.  Use this to determine which extension is causing issues.
