Hello community,
This has happened only twice ever since I bought this laptop last April or so..
It starts with a short, but noticeable buzzing sound that's similar to a micro-stutter sound.. And then the laptop completely shuts off. It's scary.
The laptop then won't restart -- the power button will be unresponsive.
After plugging the laptop in, the orange "charging" light would activate, but it still won't turn on until after pressing the power button a couple of times (around 7-10-ish).
I think I was running Chrome when this happened. Clearly, it's not a heat issue since I can play The Evil Within for hours on end with no crashes whatsoever. Also the laptop was actually pretty cool when it happened.
Btw, on both times, the laptop was unplugged, so maybe it's a battery issue?
Any thoughts?
