Predator 15 Won't Turn On

Predator 15 wouldn't turn on.  Warranty expired 2 months ago.  Acer Tech Support couldn't solve.  Tried all the usual: resetting battery, F2 at start up, disconnecting battery, checking power supply, etc.  Took the back cover off & unplugged & replugged in everything possible, to include the RAM.  Works like a dream now.  It is a refurbished unit, so perhaps the RAM just didn't get seated right & eventually got itself out of whack.  Just wanted to post in the event someone else has a similar power issue that can't be solved with the easy stuff.  Try undoing the RAM and resetting.  Just be sure to plug back in the Hard Drive when testing, or you'll get nothing.  Hope this helps someone.

Usually its the power kill switch in the ram compartment thats not properly pressed down adding some layers of electrical tape to the bit the pushes it down solves it

And yassir186 you picked up a thread from 2017 this is really old you can find this issue has already been fixed
