de momento se congelo la pantalla y se veian lineas muy legibles sobre la imagen y ahora no prende

tengo un problema con mi lap, de momento se quedo congelada la pantalla y se veian lineas verticales muy legibles, la apague pero ya no encendio, se escucha que jala el DD pero al leer la unidad de DVD ya no trabaja el DD...

 

alguien me podira ayudar... por favor
