acer aspire tc 780 restart/auto shut down problem

I have a aspire tc 780 desktop a month old. The issue is it restart or shut down after a few minutes. I dont know the problem. When it start to restart after a few minutes it will restart again until it shut down. I try to open it but no avail. When i press the power button nothing happens. What i dont know the problem? Is it power or apps problem?
