This is the last time I buy an Acer product.

I bought a GN276HL yesterday, $500.

Bring it home, the ghosting on this monitor is horrible, and when looking up the reviews, there is nothing about it, and I'm definitely not the only one to have the issue.

 

I tried to contact their phone support and the lady didn't know what ghosting was (which was fair enough), and eventually got frustrated and was quite rude.

I then used their email support and they told me to use their phone support.

All I wanted to know from support was "can I take the monitor into the service center myself and get it fixed while I wait" because I shouldn't have to wait weeks for my brand new $500 monitor to work properly.

 

Any solutions would be great, the overdrive turning off sort of works but not all the way.
