Need Urgent Help: Aspire E15-E5-575G-560F

Hello Everyone,

 

I have bought Aspire E15-E5-575G-560F about 2 months ago.

The laptop is working fine but suddnly its screen freezes and keyboard and mouse become totally unresponsive.

Some times it the screen turns off after some delay it wont turn back on and I have to hard shutdown the system.

I have reinstalled windows as the problem was getting worse but it freezing problem is still there.

I am a student who bought this laptop as my project required higher specs than my previous laptop and it was also within my budget.

Kindly guide me if its a software problem or a hardware issue as my device exchange warranty will be void after 1st August 2017.

    Hi

     

    Whatever.

     

    Log it as faulty under warranty and get Acer to fix it. 

    If you wait then you lose any chance of a repair or replacement.
