Hi. I had an update on my Acer laptop. When I shut it off, around 3 hours later I went to turn it back on to use it. When I turned it on, it was stuck on the Acer loading screen. I waited for around 20 minutes, and it was still on that screen. Please help, I've tried every solution and it still won't work. I've tried shutting it off and on several times, and it just does the same thing.

    Hi

have you tried the battery reset?

or recovery partition Alt + F10

Please give us some clues as to where to start and try to help, so that we don't suggest that which you have alreadt tried.

I already tried the Alt+  F10 method, and that didn't work. But I don't know what the battery reset is, and I haven't tried that

    Hi

Remove the battery, power lead disconnected and press to power on and hold for a few seconds.

Reconnect the power lead and switch on.

Now you need to try and force a reboot to enable Windows F8 to give options to start in safe mode etc by just switching off at the wall.

Otherwise you may want to create a repair USB stick from microsoft and re-install yourself.

It is the W 10 iso put onto a usb stick, search for 'download windows 10 iso' and follow the instructions on the MS help page.
