Good Afternoon,

I recently purchased the model described above and so far, it has all the features I wanted (2-in-1, higher RAM, better GPU, etc.) and the tablet setting works great.

However, I've been noticing some areas of concern with this laptop, specifically in the tablet mode.

The screen is notably sensitive to any feedback, as well as the touchpad. Not only that, but this laptop has had moments of glitches in transitioning between the tablet and laptop mode. Seeing how fragile these features are, and after going on the forums of users who've had issues in this along with the hinges, I'm worried about how the performance of my laptop will operate in the long run.

Here are some of the forums I looked into:

Long story short: How can I make sure that I can protect my laptop or provide any extra precautions to avoid having any difficulties in the future?

I know this is a pretty basic question (get a case, keep on level surfaces, don’t tap too hard on the screen), but I’m pretty clumsy, and the glitches have happened on a laptop that’s barely 2 weeks old, so I am worried about what that could mean for the next few years.
