I've had the Acer Chromebook 14 for a few months. Ever since I got it, through a few software updates, power washes, going extension free, I've had it freeze up maybe once or twice a week, plus sometimes will go blank for a few seconds during a freeze, then recover and come back.
I see a few older mentions of this with Chrome builds several versions back, but I don't see much modern follow up, I see this on threads with Chrome 50-54, we're now on 59 and it's still around.
Seems related to an Intel graphics driver from what I can gather, I dunno though. It can make it frustrating to use though, sometimes the freezes group up.
Is Acer/Google aware? Is there a fix incoming? I havn't seen them fess up to it anywhere.
