I have the g9-792 and the same thing happens. After 1 hour playing, the battery discharges 10%, even if connected to the electric power. This is a factory problem as the charger is not dimensioned correctly.

I don't think this is a problem, as 10% per hour means you have 10 hours. You will probably not play 10hours straight without taking rest. I guess Acer didn't take into account the power that the display draws when it is at full brightness and ultra hd resolution. Even if they calculated that there is power loss due to heat and increased resistance. Or maybe everything is calculated properly and it is just a battery problem. I had GX-791 with 330W power output and the battery energy still kept dropping while charging and it was much more than 10% per hour. Something doesn't work there as it should, that is what I know for sure. Maybe bigger power supply would fix this.

    PS: Fans too draw power.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I see this as a serious problem because this shortens the battery life.

I play 72 hours normalmente, I pause but the notebook does not.

Do you think it is right?
