Can anyone confirm how the "Acer USB Type-C Dock" will work with the Swift 3?

Costco currently has a Swift 3 for sale, but they don't list mfr part #s, though I'm not sure if it matters.

Anyway, I found an old thread here that indicated this dock would work with the Swift 3, but it only lists the Switch series as compatible.

So, will it work with the Swift, will it charge it via USB PD, and how is the video support?

Is it using a DisplayLink chipset? Or is it perhaps using "DisplayPort Alternate Mode", which I'm not sure the Swift 3 supports.

If it's using DisplayLInk, is it going to take advantage of the full bandwidth of USB 3.1? Or is it going to be limited to the same performance I'd get with a generic USB 3.0 port replicator for half the price?

I have this same question.  I have the Swift 3 (SF314-51) and the USB 3 Dock.  Usb Hub and power charge over USB work fine.  I can't get the DisplayPort to work properly though.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
