In my opinion it is best to not use liquid metal thermal paste. The best non-conductive, non-metal thermal paste is thermal grizzly kryonaut. Arctic MX-4 is also a very good option.

Repasting is not that hard as you may think it is. Open up the laptop from the back and then remove the heatsink(doesn't look hard to remove, i think it is easier than the g9 models). Remove the old thermal paste from the die and heatsink by using rubbing alcohol. Then apply a little drop of thermal paste in the middle of the die of the CPU and GPU and put heatsink on the top(it is best if you can avoid moving around the heatsink too much).

Don't expect much of a difference, because I think the cooling solution of Helios 300 is pretty bad, but the CPU should get with max of 5C cooler, the GPU's temperatures will pretty much be the same as before repasting.

May I ask what temperatures does your CPU reach?

    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

80-85°c i knoe its okay, but lets say you make 50 fps in one game but after changing the thermal compound you reduce to 75-80°c but cpu will again kick upto 80-85°c by getting more performance so we will get around 51-52 fps
above whole thing is which i think only i didnt know exactly

These temperatures you mention, are you talking about the CPU temperatures? The temperature limit of the CPU is 100C. It underclocks by itself when it reaches 97C.

Can you write down the max temperatures of the CPU and GPU, while the device is under heavy load. I want to know, because if your GPU hits 85C then it is very bad.

Could you tell me please, which material the heatsink base is made?
