Acer GN246HL Screen Problem

Hello, I've had my Acer GN246H for about 7 months now. Really barely ny  problems except for the occasional graphics glitch on games like black bars and stuff across screen making the game unplayable. I don't know how to explain it. If theat could be solved while here would be great. But that onyl happens some of time. My main problem rn is the screen instantally went to **bleep**.. the whole screen is blurred if thats how i can explain it. its like 100p. Barely readable. Any help would be great
