Hi there, I had accidently install 1.05 version upgrade of the bios instead of 1.02 version. Anyone know how to downgrade it to 1.01?

no, no way to downgrade using official tools and if you try other methods, you can brick your laptop.

factory reset involves OS only, not BIOS.

I think the Bios update are AiO (All in One), so you should not worry if you did not install it in order.
