Please Help!!
My Acer One 10 S1002 Notebook has been acting up. The screen will randomly experience Ghost touches. It's as if I'm touching it, but it's doing it by itself. My question is, does anybody know WHY this happens? I bought the extended warranty from the store, and they're claiming it's because of the battery, which of course, isn't covered (how convenient). I've tried searching the forum, but haven't been able to find much. I know it's not the battery because clearly there are other people who have experienced these ghost touches with various Acer devices. What exactly does this issue fall under? I've seen a few suggestion, but nothing difiniteve. Is it a Manufacturer problem or a Software problem? Please help so I can get this dealt with one way or another. Acer support has not been successful.
