I have posted my problems on a subreddit so I am just going to copy and paste everything I know so far over here.
https://giphy.com/gifs/Kq1IpOj3ID58k <-- this is a mild case, currently the screen is stuck on black and I am unable to do anything. Hooked up my TV to my PC and it works perfectly so I know it's the monitor for sure. But when my brother was playing GTA V it would flicker to extreme amounts that would make it uplayable.
Here is one picture I was able to snag during him playing, https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/65nm2x/welp_onto_the_next/ . It looks pretty dead to me but I am not so sure.

When playing games I have noticed that the screen randomly flickers black, it makes it extremely difficult to play. Don't know what is causing it or how to test if it's my graphics card/cpu/games etc. EDIT I have also experienced a crash that said OC Fail or something like that.
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.
I think i redownloaded the drivers, not really sure if I did that properly. I also tried setting the bios differently but i don't know what I am doing so nothing changed, I have tried unplugging my graphics card and putting it back in also I switched from DVI to HDMI to see if maybe there was a tear in the wiring.
Post relevant photos of build/parts here.
Not really sure what to post because it's completely random on when it occurs.

Everything is brand new and I have only had the PC for about 2 days. I put it all together, it worked on first boot, I installed my drivers via disk then updated them. When watching youtube videos it doesn't happen. I am running at 144 Hz using this port
That's something I filled out on a subreddit. Hopefully this gives enough information, if anything else is required please ask away! Thanks a lot in advance!
