I have a Swift 5 signature edition and in the intel graphics menu, I only have the option to turn DPST off when on battery, when plugged in it doesn't give me the option to enable or disable DPST, and it constantly stays enabled. It's extremely annoying to have the display constantly dimm when the laptop is plugged in. I also don't understand why i am allowed to disable DSPT when on battery, but it's always enabled when the computer it plugged in. I have also tried reinstalling the stock driver with a generic one from intel's website, but it won't allow me to install it, saying that "it hasn't been validated on this device". If anyone knows a work-around this issue, I'd greatly appreciate the help.
