So while I was driving in the bus this morning, Bus needed to hard break, and my phone slipped from my pocket on the floor (It really wasnt that hard hit, It was small drop). At first, I checked its screen and seen that It was like it was before, so I thought it was nothing. But then I started playing some games and I noticed that from the left side sound does not come out, only from right side, so I was getting worried. When I arrived home at evening speaker stopped working completely. Now I concluded that that drop must have damaged something inside the phone. And there is no way to open up this phone (to check if connection loosened) because its sealed. This phone is brand new, but I cant find my warranty. Does anyone have any idea how much would repair cost? Would it even be worth for me to repair it or not (if without warranty)?

Mine too. My phone has been with me for 3 months now. The last time my speaker worked was when I used the alarm at full volume.

When I try to play a song and place the phone speaker as close to my ear as possible I can still hear a very small almost inaudible sound but still it doesn't function as well as before. It's like it got broken all of a sudden or there are some wires that got disconnected I don't know. I never dropped my phone. And I also scanned my phone for any virus/malware which may have caused this problem but all the scans were clear.

Is there any way or any suggestions on how to repair the speakers and make them work again?
