I have bought the above tablet today, largely for my Granddaughter. 

Please could someone tell me how to mount the sd card. On this model the slot is on the top  adjacent to the charging port. When I put it in with the contacts facing the back of the tablet it goes in and clicks and holds but on the storage menu (SD card - Mount sd card) nothing happens. If I insert it with the contats facing away from the back then it goes in all the way (well as far as I dare) and does not click and it is not recognized.

Any thoughts / solutions will be gratefully received.

is already formatted as FAT32?

It is a Samsung EVO SD card 128GB & I believe it is formatted.

can you connect the SDcard to a PC and check if it's formatted?

FAT32, exFAT or NTFS is OK

I have connected to a pc and re formatted the sd card to exFAT, still nothing. I assume that I am outting it in the right way?

Iron Fly, thank you for your help on this. I have bought another card and it works. Not sure why the other new one didnt but life is too short to worry about such things. Thanks again.
