Acer Aspire RT-131T

(Incidentally, the sticker on the upper left of the monitor states Aspire R 11. It seems to have two model numbers, or maybe RT-131T is a subcategory of R 11.)

The specs at the above link are incorrect in that there is no mechanical hard drive. This model has a 32 GB Solid State Drive (SSD). The Cnet specs are more correct, except I don't have "C28S" at the end of my model number.

Upon restart, I get a notice saying

"Updates are available, but we temporarily need 1.03 GB-1.03 GB of space to download. Remove some things you don't need right now and we'll try again."

But when I go to Settings> Storage, it says 21.1 GB out of 29.1 GB are used. This seems to mean 8 GB are available. So what's the problem? And How can I get the updates to install?
