Driver required for Acer Aspire 6930G softkeys (Wifi, volume, internet, email, etc.)

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire 6930G which seems to have lost the driver for the soft keys above the main key board. These keys should enable me to control the volume, rewind, play/pause, fast forward, stop, dis/enable wifi, start a browser, start email, etc. but all are unresponsive. None of them are lit and none respond to touch. I presume that this is due to a missing driver but Device Manager shows no errors. If it makes any difference I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.

Ideally I'd like a link to the driver (can't find it on the Acer support site) or at least the name I should be looking for as I don't even know what it's called.

Thanks,

renMike

    Hello

Drivers for our systems are available on our regional Driver Download pages.

    US Site: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

The drivers shown are the ones that are not contained in the operating system. Check out applications Launch Manager on the site as well, this could be the solution for your situation.

If it does not assist you with an available download it would be best to call  Acer support in your region.

Thanks for such a swift reply.

I've been to the site you suggest, but I don't know the name of the driver I need to be looking for (or it's descriptive funcionality). Do you have any ideas which of hte downloads I should be looking at?

I've tried the Launch Manager but this just seems to allow me to use the Fn+<blue icon> keys.
