Acer Laptop Aspire E E5-575G-55KK

 

The trackpad is very loose, and has too much free play when pressing down, until the actual "click".  Amy way to adjust this?  It makes me cringe every time I have to use it as such poor tolerances.  I would return to Newegg if I cound, but too late now.

It is only a few months old. However it is not broken, it is simply poor build quality. My wife's laptop (identical) is exactly the same.

For the future I think I will be shopping retail to try in person before purchasing.

Thankfully most of the time I am using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and not the actual laptop trackpad.
